Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Infinite Academics' tutoring, test preparation, and college advising services. By enrolling, you confirm that you have read and agreed to all terms below.
These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of tutoring services ("Services") by Infinite Academics to the Client ("Student" and/or "Parent/Guardian"). By enrolling in any tutoring session, bootcamp, or class offered by Infinite Academics, the Client agrees to be bound by the terms stated herein.
- All fees must be paid in full prior to the start of services, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Infinite Academics.
- Session schedules are agreed upon in advance between the client and Infinite Academics.
- Missed or rescheduled sessions must comply with the cancellation policy outlined in Section 4.

| Bootcamp Programs | Conditional refund | Eligible only if: (1) the student completes the full program, (2) all assignments are submitted on time, and (3) no measurable improvement is demonstrated per Infinite Academics' assessment. |
- The student must fully complete the bootcamp program — no partial completions qualify.
- All assignments must be submitted by their required deadlines. Any incomplete, late, or missing assignment voids refund eligibility.
- "Measurable improvement" is determined by pre- and post-assessments administered by Infinite Academics. This determination is final.
- A minimum of 24 hours' advance notice is required to reschedule any private tutoring session.
- Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited without refund or credit — at Infinite Academics' discretion.
Student Responsibilities
- Attend all scheduled sessions on time and arrive prepared with required materials.
- Complete all homework, practice assignments, and projects assigned between sessions.
- Engage actively and honestly during each session to maximize progress.
Infinite Academics' Responsibilities
- Provide qualified, knowledgeable instructors to deliver high-quality instruction in each subject area.
- Supply all necessary learning materials unless otherwise specified at enrollment.
- Maintain full confidentiality of all student information and academic records.
Infinite Academics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. This includes, but is not limited to, specific test score outcomes, college admissions results, or grade improvements beyond those explicitly guaranteed in writing.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. By enrolling in Infinite Academics' programs, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
