Your Mobile Information Stays Private No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services. Your SMS consent is separate from, and is never used for, advertising measurement.

Data Sharing & Third-Party ServicesWho else may access your data

We do not sell, share, or rent your personal data to any third party. We do work with a small number of trusted companies that help us run our business, and we use the following analytics and advertising tools:

ServicePurposeData Type
Google Analytics Website performance and user behavior analysis Non-personal (IP, browser, pages visited)
Meta (Facebook) Pixel & Conversions API Marketing effectiveness and ad performance tracking Non-personal (interactions, conversions); may include a scrambled (hashed) version of your email or phone used only to match a conversion to an ad. Never readable, never sold.
OpenAI (ChatGPT) Ads Pixel & Conversions API Measuring whether an ad shown in ChatGPT led to a registration Non-personal (an anonymous click reference and the fact that a registration happened). No name, email, phone, or student information is ever sent to OpenAI.
PostHog Product analytics that help us understand how visitors use our pages Non-personal (anonymous usage events)

Service providers. We also use companies that provide our website, forms, scheduling, customer records, video sessions, and payment processing (for example our CRM platform, Zoom, and Square). They may handle personal information only to perform those services for us, and they are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Your Personal Data Stays With Us Your readable personal information (name, email, phone, student details) is never given to Google, Meta, OpenAI, or any other advertising platform. Where an advertising partner receives anything beyond anonymous usage data, it is limited to a scrambled identifier used to confirm that an ad worked.

If we add a new advertising or analytics partner in the future (for example Reddit Ads), we will list it here before it goes live.

7
Security MeasuresHow we protect your information

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include:

  • Encryption of data in transit using SSL/TLS protocols.
  • Restricted access to personal data. Only authorized staff can access student records.
  • Regular review of our data collection, storage, and processing practices.
No System Is 100% Secure While we take every reasonable precaution, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

Cookies & Tracking TechnologiesWhat we track and how to control it

We use cookies and tracking technologies to keep the site working, improve site performance, and understand whether our advertising is effective. Here's what we use and why:

You can opt out of non-essential cookies through your browser settings at any time. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal: when it is on, we do not link your visit to an ad click for measurement. You can additionally manage ad settings directly with Meta, Google, and OpenAI (ChatGPT → Settings → Personalization). Note that disabling certain cookies may affect website functionality.
9
Children's PrivacyHow we handle information about students

Our website, forms, and advertising are directed to parents, guardians, and adult students. When a parent or guardian enrolls a student or registers for one of our events, the student's information is provided by the parent or guardian and is used only to deliver the program or event.

We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13, and we never share student information (grade, scores, school, notes) with any advertising platform. If you believe a child has provided us information directly, email [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.
