Payment & Billing PoliciesFees, billing cycles, and late payments
3.1 Payment Requirements
  • Full payment is required at the time of enrollment for each service.
  • Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, cash, or check.
  • Students may not attend sessions if payment has not been received.
3.2 Recurring Bookings & Subscription Billing
  • All tutoring sessions are booked as recurring to secure a student's designated time slot with their assigned tutor.
  • One-time sessions must be specified at the time of booking.
  • Subscription-based services are billed on a monthly basis.
3.3 Late or Missed Payments
Service Suspension If a payment fails, a reminder will be sent. If payment is not received within 5 business days, access to all services will be suspended until the outstanding balance is cleared.
3.4 Extended Tutoring Sessions

The standard tutoring session length is one hour. If a parent or student requests an extended session, pricing will be adjusted proportionally to reflect the additional time used.

4
Cancellations, Refunds & AttendancePolicies for missed sessions and rescheduling
4.1 Refund Eligibility
Service Refund Policy
Group Classes & Crash Courses 100% refund if canceled 14+ days before the start date. No refund if canceled within 14 days of the first session.
Private & Semi-Private Tutoring Billed per session. Not eligible for refunds once a session is completed.
College Admissions Counseling Not eligible for refunds due to the advisory and time-intensive nature of the service.
SAT Score Guarantee Full refund if the student does not improve by 150+ points, provided all coursework, assignments, and attendance requirements are met. Failure to comply voids the guarantee.
4.2 Attendance Expectations
  • Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions on time and prepared.
  • For group classes: missed sessions must be covered by watching the class recording and completing all assigned work. No make-up classes will be provided.
4.3 Rescheduling & Cancellations
  • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule a private tutoring session.
  • Rescheduling is subject to tutor availability and is not guaranteed.
  • Sessions canceled within 24 hours will be considered missed and charged in full.
4.4 No Make-Up Class Policy

No make-up classes will be provided for missed group sessions, regardless of reason — including personal scheduling conflicts or extracurricular activities. Students who anticipate recurring conflicts should select a different class schedule before enrolling.

4.5 No-Shows & Late Arrivals
15-Minute Rule If a student arrives more than 15 minutes late, the session is considered a no-show and will be charged in full. Sessions will not be extended due to late arrivals.
4.6 Cancellations by Infinite Academics

In the rare event that Infinite Academics cancels a session or class, clients will be offered a reschedule at an alternate date that reasonably accommodates all enrolled students.

5
Student Conduct & Prohibited BehaviorCommunity standards and expectations

Infinite Academics is committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and supportive learning environment. The following standards apply to all students, parents, and guardians involved in our programs.

5.1 Respectful Behavior
  • Infinite Academics has a zero-tolerance policy for bullying of any kind, whether directed at a student, tutor, or staff member.
  • Disruptive behavior, excessive interruptions, or inappropriate language will not be tolerated.
  • Tutors reserve the right to end a session early if a student is behaving inappropriately. In such cases, the session will be charged in full with no refund.
5.2 Academic Integrity
  • Plagiarism, cheating, or misrepresenting academic work is strictly prohibited.
  • Tutors are not responsible for completing assignments on behalf of students.
  • Students found engaging in academic dishonesty may be dismissed from the program without refund.
5.3 Attendance & Engagement
  • Students must arrive prepared and engaged for every session.
  • Use of social media, texting, or other unrelated activities during sessions is not permitted.
5.4 Parental Involvement & Communication

Each student is assigned a dedicated Student Success Coordinator who serves as the primary liaison between parents, students, and instructors. Their responsibilities include:

  • Tracking student progress and performance.
  • Providing regular updates to parents.
  • Addressing concerns and coordinating with instructors.
All concerns regarding sessions, scheduling, billing, or instructor performance should be directed to administrative staff — not to tutors directly.
5.5 Consequences of Policy Violations
  • Violations may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent dismissal from the program.
  • No refunds will be issued for students dismissed due to misconduct.
  • Infinite Academics reserves the right to terminate services if a student or parent creates a hostile or uncooperative environment.
6

Legal Action May Apply Unauthorized sharing of Infinite Academics' proprietary materials may result in immediate termination of services without refund and potential legal action.
6.3 Intellectual Property Ownership

All course content, materials, technologies, and methodologies are the exclusive intellectual property of Infinite Academics. Enrollment does not transfer any ownership rights. Students and parents may not claim ownership of, modify, sell, or repurpose any Infinite Academics materials.

6.4 Student Privacy

Infinite Academics respects student privacy and will not share personal academic records without prior written consent. Students and parents are equally expected to respect the confidentiality of our business operations, teaching methods, and proprietary content.

8.2 Limitation of Liability
  • Infinite Academics strives to deliver high-quality educational services but does not guarantee specific academic outcomes — including test scores, college admissions results, or grade improvements — beyond those explicitly stated in our SAT Score Guarantee policy.
  • Infinite Academics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
  • Academic progress depends on individual effort, engagement, and adherence to program guidelines.

All disputes must first be addressed through Infinite Academics' administrative team. This includes contacting the Student Success Coordinator or management team and participating in a good-faith discussion to reach a resolution.

2

Binding Arbitration

If internal resolution fails, disputes must be submitted to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules. The arbitrator's decision is final and legally binding.

3

Small Claims Court

Individual claims (not class or group actions) may alternatively be pursued in a small claims court of appropriate jurisdiction.

8.4 No Class Action Lawsuits

All parties agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis. Class actions, class arbitrations, and other representative claims against Infinite Academics are expressly prohibited under this agreement.

8.5 Enforceability

If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Infinite Academics and the enrolling party with respect to the subject matter herein.
