What the 15 minutes actually looks like

Short, specific, and the same every time. Nothing to prepare and nothing to bring.

1
First 5 minutes

Where your student is now

Grade, recent scores if there are any, the test date or deadline you are working back from, and the thing that worries you most.

2
Next 5 minutes

What we would actually do

The specific plan for that student: 1-on-1 or group, how many sessions a week, for how long, and which parts of the program they genuinely need.

3
Last 5 minutes

What it costs, and your options

Exact pricing for that plan, payment options, and the dates you cannot afford to miss. Then you go away and think about it.

If we are not the right fit for your student, we will say so on the call and point you somewhere better. That happens, and it is a fine outcome.

What this is not

Nobody is going to corner you.

  • No card, no deposit, and nothing to sign to book this.
  • No script read at you, and no brochure walkthrough.
  • No "this price is only good today". Our pricing is the same on Tuesday.
  • No expectation that you decide on the call. Most families do not.

We do run paid programs, and yes, we would like your student in one. That is exactly why the call is spent working out whether they belong in one, rather than convincing you they do.

What you leave with

A plan you could act on without us.

  • A straight read on where your student stands against their target.
  • The sequence for their grade: which test, which date, what to do first.
  • Exact pricing on the plan we recommend, with payment options.
  • The deadlines coming up in the next few months, in writing afterwards.

Roughly how it opens

"Before anything else, tell me about your daughter. What grade is she in, and what made you book this call now rather than in six months?"

"Got it. And if we spoke again next spring and you were thrilled with how it went, what would have happened?"

An example, not a transcript. But that is the tone and roughly where it starts, because the answer to the second question is what the whole plan gets built around.

Who you will be talking to

One person, named in your confirmation email, who has already read what you told us when you booked.

Alina Kavailova, Success Manager at Infinite Academics
Success Manager

Alina Kavailova

Alina has spent years in education and taught in a classroom before this, which is why the call sounds like a conversation about your child rather than an intake questionnaire. She will ask about goals, what your student is already good at, and where things are getting stuck.

By the end she will tell you which program fits, what it would take, and what it costs. If the honest answer is "wait six months", she will tell you that instead.

Families who started with this same call

Every one of them booked fifteen minutes first, with no idea yet whether they would go ahead.

Before you pick a time

The questions parents ask before booking, answered plainly.

Is it actually free, or is there a catch?

Free. No card, no deposit, no trial that quietly starts billing. We run it because a fifteen minute conversation tells us more about whether we can help your student than any form ever will, and because families who understand their options tend to make better decisions either way.

Is this a sales call?

We are a paid tutoring and advising company, so we are not going to pretend there is nothing to sell. Here is the honest version: we ask about your student, we tell you what we would recommend, and we give you the exact price. If it is not a fit, we say so. Nobody will push you to decide on the call, and there is no expiring discount, because our pricing does not work that way.

Does my student need to be on the call?

No. Most of these calls are just the parent, and that is completely fine. If your student is in high school and can join for even the last few minutes, it helps, because hearing them describe the problem in their own words usually changes the plan a little.

What should I have ready?

Nothing at all. If you happen to know a recent score, a target school, or the test date you are aiming at, it makes the fifteen minutes sharper. If you do not, that is often the first thing we help you work out.

Will I get real pricing, or a "starting from" number?

Real pricing for the plan we recommend for your student, including payment plan options. Cost depends on format and how many sessions a week, which is why we work out the plan first and quote it second rather than posting one number for everybody.

Is it online or in person?

The session itself runs online or by phone, and your confirmation email has the exact joining details. If you would rather come to our Brooklyn center at 3121 Ocean Ave, Suite B-01, say so when you book and we will arrange it. Our programs themselves run both in person in Brooklyn and online across the U.S. and abroad.

None of the times work for me.

Use the arrow at the top of the calendar to look at next week, or just tell us what does work. Call (929) 356-6865 or text (917) 909-4855, and we will find a slot around your schedule. We answer Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and weekends 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Any time, from the links in your confirmation email. There is no fee and no awkward follow-up. Life with a teenager does not run to a calendar.

My student is in 7th or 8th grade. Is it too early to talk?

It is the best time. Middle school is when SHSAT prep and early profile building pay off most, and our Accepted™ College Program starts as early as 9th grade. Book the call, tell us the grade, and we will pace the plan to it rather than selling you senior-year help three years early.

I would rather not book a call yet.

Then do not. Register your interest instead and we will email you free crash course invites, enrollment windows, and the deadlines that matter for your student's grade. You can book a call whenever you are ready, or never, and nothing closes.
