Infinite Academics and its affiliates (“Infinite Academics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect and use certain personal information about job and contractor candidates during our recruiting and hiring process (the “Process”). By submitting an application or participating in the Process, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Notice and agree to the confidentiality terms below. If you do not agree, do not proceed with your application.

6.1 What Is “Confidential Information”
“Confidential Information” means any non-public, confidential, or proprietary information, in any form (oral, written, visual, electronic, or otherwise), relating in any way to Infinite Academics and/or its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, students, families, partners, suppliers, advisors, investors, and other business associates, and any of their successors or assigns (collectively, the “Company Parties”). This includes, without limitation:

Information will not be considered Confidential Information to the extent you can demonstrate that it: (i) is or becomes publicly available through no act or omission by you; or (ii) is rightfully received from a third party without a duty of confidentiality.
All Confidential Information is and shall remain the exclusive property of the Company Parties. You receive no license or rights to our intellectual property beyond what is necessary to participate in the Process.
6.2 Your Obligations

These confidentiality obligations begin when you first receive Confidential Information and continue indefinitely, even if you are not hired or if any later engagement ends.
You acknowledge that the Confidential Information has been developed at significant expense and constitutes valuable proprietary information and/or intellectual property of the Company Parties. You further agree that monetary damages alone may be inadequate to compensate the Company Parties for a breach or threatened breach of these obligations. Accordingly, Infinite Academics shall be entitled to seek injunctive or other equitable relief, in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity, without the need to prove actual damages or post bond.
We may update this Candidate Privacy & Confidentiality Notice from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Material changes may be communicated through our careers site, application portal, or email.
